These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the rental services provided by RentReady Rentals LLC (“RentReady,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or using our vehicles, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 21 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction).
- A valid driver’s license and proof of insurance may be required.
- We reserve the right to decline rentals at our discretion.
2. Vehicle Use
- Vehicles may only be driven by authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement.
- No illegal use, racing, off-road use, or subleasing is permitted.
- GPS/telematics devices may be installed for security, location tracking, and immobilization in case of theft or breach of contract.
3. Payment & Deposits
- All rental fees, deposits, tolls, fines, and fuel charges must be paid as agreed.
- Late payments or chargebacks may result in additional fees and immobilization of the vehicle.
4. Responsibilities of the Renter
- Return the vehicle on time, in the same condition as received (normal wear excluded).
- Report accidents, theft, or damage immediately.
- Maintain proper care: fuel, oil, tires, and lawful use.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any illegal substances.
- Transporting hazardous materials or engaging in criminal activity.
- Allowing unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle.
6. Liability & Insurance
Renter is financially responsible for damage, theft, loss of use, and liability unless otherwise covered by insurance. RentReady may require proof of valid insurance or offer supplemental coverage options.
7. Termination
We may terminate the rental immediately for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or unsafe driving. Vehicles may be recovered and immobilized if necessary.
8. Limitation of Liability
RentReady Rentals LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our vehicles or services, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Camden County, NJ.
