Rental Terms

Effective: September 11, 2025

These Terms of Service govern your rental of vehicles from RentReady Rentals LLC. By renting or operating our vehicles, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 21 years old.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • RentReady Rentals reserves the right to approve or deny rental applications.

2. Vehicle Use

  • Vehicles may only be driven by authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement.
  • No illegal activities, racing, or off-road driving.
  • Vehicles may include GPS or telematics devices for security and recovery purposes.

3. Payment & Fees

  • Rental payments must be made on time according to the agreement.
  • Late payments may result in late fees or immobilization of the vehicle.
  • Tolls, traffic violations, and parking tickets are the responsibility of the renter.

4. Renter Responsibilities

  • Return the vehicle on time and in the same condition as received (normal wear excluded).
  • Immediately report accidents, theft, or mechanical issues.
  • Maintain lawful and responsible operation of the vehicle.

5. Prohibited Conduct

  • Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Allowing unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle.
  • Using the vehicle for illegal activity.

6. Liability & Insurance

Renters may be financially responsible for damage, theft, loss of use, or other liabilities unless covered by insurance. Additional insurance requirements may apply.

7. Termination

RentReady Rentals may terminate the rental agreement immediately if these terms are violated. Vehicles may be recovered or immobilized if necessary.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Camden County, NJ.
